IN THE SUMMER,

A place to dream, feel, love and smile.

It’s so sad and strange that it’s impossible to see the Beatles live.
But at the same time, it wouldn’t be quite the same even if they were all still alive since they’ve changed so much and matured and whatnot since when they were all together. Don’t get me wrong though - to meet Paul and/or Ringo would be like fanfuckingtastic. And I’m sure, much like the recent Led Zeppelin reunion, it would be completely mind-blowing regardless.
And at the same time, if I was alive in the 60s/70s when they were around, I don’t think I would’ve appreciated seeing them as much as I would now. Because then, although undeniably genius, they hadn’t yet stood against the gruelling test of time (and prevailed) that pop-music is forced through (and mostly fails).
So those are my thoughts on that.
